You're not lazy and you're not undisciplined.
You're carrying a full mental load and running on survival mode, so the workouts and the meal plan keep losing.
Chaos to Calm fixes the load first, so the habits actually stick this time.
A step by step path, done with you, not handed to you as one more decision to make.
✦ I feel like a chicken with its head cut off most mornings.
✦ I fall off the wagon, and then I'm starting at the beginning again. Every time.
✦ I want to look in the mirror and not cringe.
✦ I just want someone to take the mental load off me for once.
✦ Things are still the same as they were a year or two ago. Nothing actually changes
And it's not a you problem.
I used to be the woman with a new color coded planner and habit trackers weekly and a house that fell apart every single time something derailed me. I used to just think "if I can just get through the week" and called it "just being a working mom." I had NO. PLAN and had no idea where to start.
Now I'm a woman with a demanding corporate career, mom of three kids, and a military wife.
AND I'm the coach who builds the systems I wish someone had handed me. The difference now is my house and routine run without me holding every single piece of it in my head, and that's the only reason I have any energy left over for myself.
I'm not a fitness coach (anymore!) and I'm not a nutritionist. I'm the person who helps you build the structure underneath your life, so the workouts and the food stuff finally have somewhere to land.
It's not just like a fad diet that I'm gonna get over in two more weeks. It's changing how I think about food and the exercises she's having me do... Chelsea really explaining the why to everything meant a lot to me. I've lost about a pound a week, and it's not just some quick thing, it's doing it in a healthy manner.
Last week I had so much to do in the morning, running around like a chicken with my head cut off. My plan was to go straight to the gym after back to back meetings, and I got there with no hair tie, no headphones. I dug through my bag, found a rubber band and some old headphones, and I still made it. Before, I would have just gone home and said I'll try again tomorrow.
If you're on the fence about whether you need a coach, what's it gonna hurt to try? Chelsea really cares about her clients and checks in on us. Just try it. You'll love it.
